Boys U13 Fall Travel Team

PTCLAX is considering adding a Boys U13 travel team to compete this Fall against other U13 teams in the Atlanta area through GYLA for a minimum of 5 games.

Eligible players would have been U13 players for this past Spring Season (born in either 1995 or 1996) and must already be registered for the fall season with PTCLAX.

If this team is not formed, these players will participate in the regular PTCLAX fall program.  No Refunds will be given due to this team not forming.

We will make our final decision regarding this team by Aug 29th based on several factors (GYLA input, player response, coaches availability, field availability).

** Please don't email for more information - that's all we know so far.

There will be an extra fee of $25 per player to help cover additional league costs for these games.

This team will be filled on a first come - first served basis via the email system described below.

Player Requirements:

 1. Must be U13 age (born in either 1995 or 1996).

 2. Must have already registered for PTCLAX fall season.

 3. Must agree to pay extra $25 to cover additional league costs.

If You Agree and Want to Participate:

 1. Send an email to

 2. Include the following in the email subject line:  Team and Player Name

 Boys U15 - Team Georgia
by Lauri Hogan posted 07/05/2008

Peachtree City had three of its players chosen to play for Team Georgia in the U15 US Lacrosse Festival in Lake George, NY in June.  From left to right, Tyler Logan, Tyler Price, and Alex Riddle all were chosen to play on the Georgia team.   The team, made up of 22 players from the metro Atlanta area, went  1-3 against very competitive competition.  After losing to San Diego, Vermont, and NY State the team won a thrilling 5-4 showdown with Maryland in its final game.  This was the first win for a Georgia team in the many years of attending this festival, and the PTC Lacrosse boys played their part in the victory.  Alex Riddle scored the first goal on an assist from Tyler Price and later tallied a second goal.  Price scored the go ahead goal late in the fourth quarter on an assist from Riddle, and Tyler Logan played the second half of the game in goal for Georgia allowing only 2 Maryland goals and picking up the win.   There were over 35 chapters of US Lacrosse represented in the boys field, and equally as many in the girls as well.
